Under the direction of the Director, the Analyst, Information Technology is responsible for application development, analysis, and application design. This position maintains the business applications, supports end users, and ensures business applications are developed in accordance with client specifications; and they comply with OEB policies.

This Department/Division is responsible for all aspects of human resources management and other organizational service functions including employee/labour relations, executive compensation, benefits, pension, talent management, succession planning and workforce planning as well as employee engagement and communications.
The Coordinator is responsible to provide coordination and facilitation of administrative processes to ensure efficient HR operations and organizational service standards. Research and provide recommendations on business solutions to support operational initiatives. Support programs, database maintenance and lead specialized projects as required. The Coordinator is accountable to provide payroll support to meet timelines and reconciliation requirements

LHH Knightsbridge Executive Search is partnering with the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) to identify candidates to fill the position of Commissioner. Currently there is a need for multiple Commissioners – full-time and part-time – to replace three Commissioners whose terms are ending and to meet the ongoing needs of this Ontario regulator.
The OEB is the independent regulator of Ontario’s electricity and natural gas sectors, protecting consumers and making decisions that serve the public interest to promote a sustainable and efficient energy sector, for today and tomorrow. COMMISSIONER (FULL-TIME and PART-TIME, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2026)
The OEB is committed to ensuring the independence, transparency and effectiveness of the adjudication process that arises from its quasi-judicial role as the regulator of the energy sector in Ontario.
Appointed by the Board of Directors upon the recommendation of the CEO and accountable to the Chief Commissioner for the efficiency, timeliness and dependability of their hearing and determination of matters, Commissioners serve on panels and make independent decisions on applications that come before the OEB and to which they are assigned by the Chief Commissioner. These applications, which include utilities’ requests for approval to change their rates, merge with another utility or build new infrastructure, are decided through a court-like process that involves an oral, written or electronic hearing.

We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as Senior Advisor in the Innovation Department of our Strategic Policy Division. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who like intellectually challenging work in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and creativity. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the implementation of policy options to enhance the OEB’s overall regulatory framework to keep pace with a changing energy sector. Specifically, this work will include statistical analysis of electricity rate design and econometric evaluation of current and future energy policy in Ontario, as well as developing dynamic electricity pricing options and incentives to adopt new technologies.. You will provide analysis and decision support to the OEB and other Business Units. This position reports to the Manager - Innovation, Strategic Policy.
